How long does development and go-live take

It depends on the number of license types and the legal steps for each. Typically 3 to 6 months, and we recommend starting with the one or two license types that receive the most applications.

Can it connect to ThaID, our registries and our existing payment system

Yes. The system verifies identity through ThaID and connects to corporate registries, the Comptroller General's payment system or the payment channels your agency uses through APIs under the relevant data sharing agreements.

Does the AI replace the officer's document review entirely

No. AI checks completeness, document type and expiry dates to reduce returned applications. The decision to grant a license remains with the officer under the law, with the AI check results shown alongside to support that decision.

Is applicant data secure and PDPA compliant

Stored documents are encrypted, access is limited by role and license type, every access is logged and retention periods follow your agency's regulations. The system can run on your servers or a government cloud.
